[1]Service Solutions “Service Plan” is available on eligible vehicles and provides scheduled servicing for up to 3, 4 or 5 years (as selected by the Customer) from the first registration date of the vehicle or the relevant mileage based service interval applicable to your model, whichever occurs first. Customer must purchase pre-paid servicing plan of 3, 4 or 5 years prior to the vehicle’s first service to be eligible. Service Plan pricing and savings vary between vehicles and may be subject to change. Terms, conditions and exclusions apply. [2]A personal Mercedes me ID and agreement to all relevant terms of use are required to use the services. In addition, the vehicle must be paired with a corresponding user account and relevant services activated. Service availability may vary depending on the vehicle model and chosen features.
[3]Driver assistance and safety systems/features included in Mercedes-Benz vehicles are driver assistance aids only and the driver at all times remains solely responsible for maintaining proper control of the vehicle, ensuring safety and monitoring the driving environment and complying with all applicable laws including but not limited to road rules (eg: adjusting the speed of the vehicle in accordance with the designated speed limits). Systems and features have limitations and may not be accurate in all instances.
[4]The availability of the Mmc and Mmc services varies between vehicles, models and equipment. Selected Mmc services are available free of charge for a period of three (3) years from the date of activation with an eligible vehicle. Use of the Mmc services is subject to terms and conditions and requires the user to the download the associated apps on a compatible mobile device. The user at all times remains solely responsible for ensuring that the services are used in accordance with all applicable laws (including road rules) and, where applicable, for maintaining proper control of the vehicle, ensuring safety and monitoring the driving environment. Whilst MBAuP shall use its reasonable endeavours to provide an uninterrupted experience, we cannot guarantee ongoing or uninterrupted supply noting that such services may subject to interruption, change, discontinuance or limitations. In some circumstances, specific features or services may no longer be able to be supplied or will need to be supplied in a different form (eg where there is a change to our third party service providers on which the feature or service relies; where there is a regulatory change or change in law affecting the feature or service; where, in our discretion, we amend or replace the feature or service). We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of such changes where they materially affect the services you receive. Please refer to the relevant Mmc terms and conditions or visit your local authorised retailer for more information including device compatibility, connectivity and capability requirements.
